Freestyle USA, the company synonymous with the timeless Shark watch, recently unleashed some new styles and color ways for Summer 09. The cool thing about every watch Freestyle offers is that you know it will be waterproof, so you can wakeboard, surf or snowboard without worrying that your watch will bust. But then again, these watches below come standard with a limited lifetime warranty, so you can ride with them till death.
The Karlton

Let s start out with the Karlton, my personal favorite. The Karlton puts the F in function-fashion-fusion with a style unmatched in watches boasting 100-meter water resistance. This watch is unique and sleek; it grabs attention without shouting for it. The polyurethane strap on the black version makes the watch very comfortable yet durable. Being light as well, you can wear it all day and hardly notice it s on.
Tide 3.0

When it comes to function, the Stealth Tide 3.0 provides just about everything a surfer could ever need. It gives you direction, time and accurate height of the tide for 75 preprogrammed beaches around the world for the next 15 years. What if it doesn t carry your local break? Not to worry grom; you can program it yourself. Additionally, the Tide 3.0 gives you a preset heat timer (15, 20, 25, 30 & 35 minutes), 2 alarms and a backlight display for night vision. The Tide 3.0 is much lighter and slimmer than other competitors like Quiksilver s Deep Tide watch; I highly recommend it.
Shark

This brings us to the watch you know and love, the Shark. Boasting fresh new colors and 100-meter water resistance, the Shark is borderline the-raddest-watch-ever. This watch is super durable and comes standard with backlight display, a stopwatch and 2 alarms. Freestyle now offers the Shark with enough colors to match a peacock, even including a dope graffiti line. With a price point of a mere $55, you can step your style up without breaking the bank.
